Hello my name is Rossie Vaughan, I’m the owner of GLAM BY ROSS. I’m a full time mom, wife and business woman!! I also do hair and makeup. I’m a licensed esthetician, but besides that I love to create beautiful things, All my inspiration to start this business was my LOVE and PASSION for roses. The dream of being my own boss, having my own business and of course for my daughter, I wanted to give her the best, then I had my son and I had to take care of him and work at the same time so it was from there I started to go even harder.
I love crafting so most of the time I make my own things to decorate the house and my Glam Room. Most of the time I post my creations on instagram and minutes later I am making one after another. That’s another reason I decided to open a small shop to design for girls like you and me looking for something very unique and custom made. 

It’s literally a blessing to be able to take care of my kids and provide for my beautiful family at the same time...
