We do not offer money back returns or exchanges at this time. Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. Is OUT OF MY HANDS! If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so you might see some imperfections. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
